Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a trip to address Ukrainian forces in the Pokrovsk area on Tuesday. Zelenskyy announced that he met with fighters at the command post of the 1st Corps of the state defense force Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya zone, a town approximately a short distance from Pokrovsk.

Intense Situation in the Region

Recent mapping from a Ukrainian project indicated that invading troops had pushed further into Pokrovsk and nearby locations, though much of it remained beyond firm control by either side.
